Spa Policy


Please call (386) 677-8826 for all appointments. We also ask that you arrive at the spa 10 minutes prior to your first spa visit to familiarize yourself with our facility and fill in a consent form. Arriving late might limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.


Cancellation Policy 
Because spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all packages, due to the length of these appointments.


Gift Cards and Certificates  

PURE Spa requires Gift Cards or Gift Certificates to be presented at time of payment for services. Please treat your Gift Card as if it were cash, we cannot honor lost or stolen Gift Cards or Certificates. All Gift Card and Gift Certificate sales are final and non refundable.


Special Considerations  

Please inform our staff if you are pregnant. No massage or body treatment can be received during the first 12 weeks (1-st trimester) of pregnancy, also if you have a heart condition, pacemaker, high blood pressure or had any recent surgeries. For our facials, peels, microdermabrasion treatments and waxing services, please inform us in advance if you are using Retin-A, Renova, Retinol, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane or have had laser surgery.


We recommend that you do not bring valuable jewelry or belongings to the spa. Our establishment cannot assume any responsibility for lost or stolen articles. 



Gratuities are at the guest’s discretion and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service. The industry standard ranges from 15-20% of the service fee.


Spa Packages and Series 

 Any changes or substitutions to spa series or packages will forfeit any discounted prices.
